Sport has always been a fundamental part of my life, embodying the principle of mens sana in corpore sano – a healthy mind in a healthy body. Growing up, I was heavily involved in team sports, particularly basketball. Later, during my university years, I even joined the committee for the dodgeball society, which was a lot of fun.

More recently, I've found a deep connection with running. It's become my go-to activity for clearing my head, reflecting on thoughts, and improving focus. Running has always presented a significant challenge for me, but I've embraced it as a powerful way to push my personal limits and foster growth. I'm proud to have completed 10K races and half marathons, and I'm now setting my sights on tackling full marathons in the near future.
